The lucky winner of the Pearson’s Candy contest was Don Armstrong, who had this to say about his legacy:
As a soldier in Iraq, I pray my legacy will be I was there when when it mattered the most.
Don, I appreciate your hard work and I know lots of others do as well. I called you the lucky winner but really we are the lucky ones, who have people like you ready to defend us.

I was really hoping I would win, but I think that this soldier really deserves the simple pleasure,(at the very least,) of a good chocolate!
