		<description>Well, we DO love S&#039;mores! And living in a NYC apartment, we have very few chances for authentic campfire S&#039;mores making. This work-around reminds me of my own attempts to reproduce non-seasonal S&#039;mores by &quot;roasting&quot; marshmallows over candle flames (total disaster) and gas stove (oops! up in flames!). This sounds like  a great recipe to try with my candy and s&#039;mores loving kid!</description>
