As if you didn’t already know, dark chocolate has arrived.
Dark chocolate is listed as one of four extraordinary health foods in this “Healthy Living” article from the Huffington Post along with kale, quinoa and turmeric. The author notes that dark chocolate and cocoa are not “fad” foods but do in fact have a positive effect on cardiovascular health.
